Shredder assembles a crew to take down the turtles once and for all.... Baxter Stockman, Dirtbag, Slash, Groundchuck.

Characters' designs based mostly on the toys, with a few changes.

I spent an incredible amount of time playing with these guys' toys as a kid... and only while I was working on this did I go back and watch/re-watch the episodes they were in. I find it to be kind of a bummer that they were all pretty much portrayed as bumbling idiots in the toons (that goes for Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady as well). To me it seems like kind of a waste of some epically well designed bad guys.
